Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Beauty, fragrance, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at sales@mahru.pk or call 0345-9464992.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange procedure.
4. Once approved, send the product back to our address.
5. After verification, we’ll process your exchange or refund as per policy.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are made via bank transfer or store credit after the returned item is inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Mahru.pk reserves the right to decline returns if the product fails to meet our return conditions.
